Meet Erick Woods
Inspiring Student-Athletes to Achieve Success
Raise Your Bar is developed by Erick Woods, a career long coach and mentor. As a former student-athlete, Erick is able to draw on real life experiences that have led to both failure and success along the journey.
With a real passion for youth and athletics, Erick uses his Raise Your Bar
message to encourage and motivate young student-athletes, giving them the tools needed to attain greatness.

During Erick‘s time at Saint Joseph’s University, Erick was instrumental in creating programming for leadership, career development, student-athlete transitioning, diversity, equity, and inclusion, community service, and student-athlete affinity groups.
In addition, while serving as the Director of Student-Athlete Development, Erick represented Saint Joseph’s University on the Atlantic 10’s commission on diversity, equity, and inclusion. As well as representing the University and the Conference as a participant in the 2022 NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Forum.
